- Customers that trade-in an eligible competitive motorcycle towards the purchase of an eligible Harley-Davidson® motorcycle will be entitled to a $500 allowance towards the final purchase price.
- Promotion Period: Eligible models must be purchased and delivered beginning November 30, 2009 through January 31, 2010 (”promotion period”).
- Eligible Trade-in Models: Trade-in must be a two-wheel street legal motorcycle 150 cc or greater. The owner must have held the title and a valid registration on the competitive model prior to November 30, 2009. Harley-Davidson® and Buell® motorcycles are not eligible for trade-in.
- Eligible Models to Purchase: New, untitled, 2008MY, 2009MY, and 2010MY Harley-Davidson® motorcycles are eligible to be purchased. Buell® motorcycles and Police Fleet motorcycles are not eligible.
- The $500 competitive trade-in allowance is a credit against the final purchase price of the eligible Harley-Davidson® motorcycle and is in addition to the trade-in value assigned to the competitive trade-in model as determined by the dealer, in his or her sole discretion.
- The trade-in must be in good condition and good working order, as determined by the Harley-Davidson® dealer in its sole discretion. The Harley-Davidson dealer has the right to decline any trade-ins.
- The competitive trade-in allowance is not available on future motorcycle orders, deliveries or deposits outside of the promotion period. Purchase must be completed and delivery of the new motorcycle must take place during the promotion period.
- This offer is void where prohibited.
