Chicago (February 2, 2009) — A pair of Kawasaki’s star riders will be on-site this weekend at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in Chicago, February 6-8. Drop by to catch eight-time AMA Drag Racing Champion Rickey Gadson and Stunt Rider Jason Britton – host of SPEED TV’s Superbikes show – at the Kawasaki display! Autograph sessions will take place Friday, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Also, come by the Kawasaki display and check out Rickey and Jason’s personally customized Ninja® ZX-14 sport bikes. Both Ninjas are out-of-this-world, yet completely street-ready. Each showcases unique styling based on each rider’s unique personality.

Rickey Gasdon’s Ninja ZX-14 “The Tribute” was designed and built by Steve Kehler of Tricked Out Custom Cycles (TOCC), in commemoration of Rickey’s 25 years of drag racing. Jason Britton’s Ninja ZX-14 was designed and built by Nick Anglada of Custom Sportbike Concepts (CSC).

For the 16th consecutive year, Cycle World, the world’s most popular motorcycle magazine, is the title sponsor for the series and leading manufacturer Toyota will return for the 11th year as presenting sponsor. The show will be open to the public Friday, February 6 through Sunday, February 8, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, located at 5555 North River Road, in Chicago. Show hours are Friday, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the event is $13 for adults and $6 for children 6-11. Children 5 and under are admitted free. On Family Day, Sunday, February 8, children 11 and under are admitted free with a paid adult admission.
